Nice

Augh, I need more kick- this would make a nice trance song once you can get that "pumping" feeling.

For that rhythmic synth that plays throughout the entire song, I would suggest jacking up the reverb, and maybe some echo/delay to give it an organic feel.

Cool concept stuff going on here.

Thanks. :) I'll work ona few things, some stuff has already changed. Thanks for reviewing, again! :D

haha

I love this, pretty unique music. Sounds like something that came from a zombie or horror game :D

Bahdshah responds:

hahahah awesome! thanks for the review!

Fuck

That bass is just nasty. Awesome work man.

Rig responds:

Thanks!

Nice

I'm glad you did something different than just Orchestral music. I wish when the song picked up at 1:37 you reprised the main melody with the strings, it would have sounded so epic. Otherwise awesome work.

p4c responds:

haha that would have made it very complex--idk if it would be all too danceable. but i try. haha, thanks for listening.

Meh

When people compose remixes, one of the biggest things I look for is how you can make a song "your own", and not only take the existing melody and accompaniment and change it into something original, as if it was almost a completely different song. Sadly I didn't find that here.

It's a good arrangement of the Zelda theme, but as a remix I think it fell short. Especially with a song as complex as this, there is so much more you can take advantage of, instead of adding just a 4beat kick and some rhythmic synths.

Don't take this as some jealous person trying to bash your song, I congratulate you on getting the top 5. But for something that has been remixed the death, I would suggest in the future to be more original so that your remix can stick out and be unique.

Take care.

Thanks man, I would like to respond to your review properly, but Im so tired to say this to everyone that I will just direct you to my Author Comments.

And just as an addition, let me just say that I wasn't that experienced in music production at the time I made this remix.

Nice

I loved that guitar riff, very chill and jazzy. Not bad singing I might add.

Awesome work man.

kingdomofposeidon responds:

Thanks, man. Apparently the rest of Newgrounds doesn't agree with you, lol.

Wow

This is so cool, so chill and jazzy- I love this so much.

So tight, keep up the good work :D

Hyperion666 responds:

thnx alot i am very happy u enjoyed it. im an alto saxaphone player so i love the cool jazzy chill at the same time really hard fast paced stuff so yeh i think this turned out tobe somewhat what i imagined. thnx again for the review hope u enjoy more that i will put up here.

Awesome

Very creepy, although I feel like you should have been a little more atonal with the song. Nonetheless, it was quite creepy and well done.

Awesome work!

sorohanro responds:

Yep, thought about that... somehow my brain is very tonal-functional built... :(
The worst is when I play jazz and can't go atonal at all... I really should work on this aspect.

Thanx for review.

Nice

The beginning lacked a bit because of the midi sounding piano, but once the picked up it was pretty tight.

Cool stuff man!

Stage3-1 responds:

Thanks man. Yeah, it was the best piano sound I could come up with. I was running into some software issues so I didn't get to use the one I wanted. Thanks.

Nice

Pretty chill, probably something I might hear in a clothes store or a hotel. That synth that pans to the right towards the end of the song fatigues my ears a little bit though.

Other than that, no real complaints from me. Nice work.

Mans0n responds:

thanks, and lol ohhhhh the wooow wooow noise yeah
